Cohen's Fashion Optical - UX

Founded in 1927 by Jack Cohen in the streets of NYC with only a pushcart, Jack Cohen's vision was to provide his local community with the ability to see and look better. His vision eventually grew into over 100 convenient locations. There are 73 Cohen’s Fashion Optical retail stores in NYC alone. Each location offers state of the art eye exams, on-site eye doctors, and the latest in eyewear.

To support Jack Cohen's legacy and empower each retail location, we created customizable storefront pages that can be tailored for each location’s needs. Each individual page features an eye exam scheduler tool, store highlights, stock lists, insurance details and the ability to submit questions to the on-site eye doctor. Regardless of the store size, every store is treated equally. This feature set served as a key component to this project. Site visitors can locate their nearest Cohen’s Fashion Optical store by location.
